From choosing a course to receiving your offer letter — exactly what happens after you submit an application.
Applying through the portal takes only a few minutes. Here is what happens next, step by step.
1. Choose your course
Filter the catalogue by country, degree level, intake and budget. Every course page lists the tuition fee, any discount, the IELTS / PTE requirement and the eligibility criteria, so you can compare like for like.
2. Create your account and apply
Students register for free and apply directly. Agencies register once and then submit cases for any number of students.
3. A case owner is assigned
Our admin team assigns a named staff member to your case. You receive an email with their name, and every later update comes from them.
4. Upload your documents
Passport, transcripts, diploma, photograph and language certificate. Your case owner reviews them and tells you exactly what is missing before anything is submitted to the university.
5. Offer, payment and visa
Once the university issues the conditional or final offer letter it is uploaded to your case and emailed to you. After the deposit is paid you receive visa guidance and, finally, enrolment confirmation.
