| Refund policy | Published in the Intercollege prospectus: apart from tuition, all other fees (application, registration, insurance, activities, technology) are non-refundable. Tuition refund schedule (Fall/Spring): 100% before classes start, 80% in week 1, 70% in week 2, 50% in week 3, 25% in week 4, 0% after week 4. The EUR 4,000 tuition deposit for non-EU applicants is refunded in full if the entry visa is not issued, and EUR 3,500 is refunded if the applicant withdraws the application. No tuition refund for students expelled or denied a visa on forged documents. |
| Visa refusal policy | Non-EU students require an Entry Permit. After a Conditional Acceptance Letter is issued, Intercollege submits the student's documents to the Migration Authorities and Ministry of Education on the student's behalf. Required: EUR 55 non-refundable application fee, EUR 150 non-refundable Entry Permit/Student Visa fee, first-year tuition of not less than EUR 4,000, attested academic/passport/police/medical documents, bank letter and statement proving sponsorship, health insurance (college fee EUR 175/year for non-EU), and a declaration not to seek asylum.
