Remarks
| Refund policy |
Tuition-fee refunds are granted only under specific published conditions (withdrawal or early drop-out within three weeks of programme start, denied residence permit, changed fee status, non-commenced deferral); written request required, decisions made case by case. If a refund is granted the University charges an 8,000 SEK administrative fee and requests below 8,000 SEK are not processed (his.se Guidelines regarding tuition fees). |
| Visa refusal policy |
Non-EU/EEA citizens studying more than three months must apply for a residence permit for studies at the Swedish Migration Agency and must have applied for, been granted and received it before entering Sweden; the university states you do not need to wait for payment confirmation of the first tuition instalment before applying (his.se Residence permit for studies page). |
Requirements, fees and deadlines shown here are the ones our counsellors work from, but the
university can change them at any intake. We confirm the live figures with the institution
before an application is filed, so treat this page as the starting point rather than the
final word.
