| Refund policy |
Published refund policy: withdrawal during the 1st-2nd week of classes is refunded 100%, during the 3rd week 50%; after the add/drop period students are liable for the full tuition of registered courses. The policy does not apply to Medical School and Veterinary Medicine programmes; no tuition refund for expelled/dismissed students or visa denials based on false documents; application, visa and administrative fees are non-refundable; 400 EUR International Student Guarantee is refunded when the student leaves the University. |
| Visa refusal policy |
Non-EU students must obtain a Cyprus student visa: a set of documents (e.g. police character certificate, medical reports) must be assembled and attested by the authorities of the student's country, and completed student visa applications must be submitted to the University by the deadline of each intake. Migration regulations require full-time enrolment (30 ECTS per semester / 60 ECTS annually) and payment of at least the first semester's tuition and fees in advance; a one-off 150 EUR visa application fee applies to on-campus non-EU students. |
Requirements, fees and deadlines shown here are the ones our counsellors work from, but the
university can change them at any intake. We confirm the live figures with the institution
before an application is filed, so treat this page as the starting point rather than the
final word.
