Refund policy Published Tuition Fee Refund Policy: 14-day cooling-off period with entitlement to a full refund within 14 days of payment; withdrawal after that must be requested in writing (before registration to the Admissions & Recruitment Department, after registration to Student Services); refund eligibility depends on timing of withdrawal, registration status and, for international students, Student Visa status; an administrative fee is charged on withdrawal/refund requests on a capped, proportionate basis; application fee (50 EUR) and visa/alien book fee (210 EUR) are non-refundable.
Visa refusal policy All non-EU students require a student visa to study at UCLan Cyprus (published Visa Information page). After receiving a conditional offer, students complete the application, pay the application fee and a first deposit/registration fee of 3,000 EUR; the university then submits the visa documents to the Migration Authorities and the Ministry of Education for approval. Separately, once in Cyprus, students renew their stay via the 'Pink Slip' temporary residence permit (published renewal costs: application fee 55 EUR, medical insurance 150 EUR, medical tests 60 EUR, total 265 EUR).

Requirements, fees and deadlines shown here are the ones our counsellors work from, but the university can change them at any intake. We confirm the live figures with the institution before an application is filed, so treat this page as the starting point rather than the final word.
