Reimbursements can only be made to the same account from which the original payment was made (the bank processes it as a reversed payment). An administrative fee of SEK 5,000 is charged once the reimbursement has been made. Currency gains cannot be transferred to the next semester and refunds of currency gains are not made. A student who does not pay the tuition fee for the upcoming semester despite a reminder is suspended from the programme until the fee is paid in full; invoices must be paid in full - partial payments are not accepted. |

Students from outside the EU/EEA need a residence permit for studies; Örebro University advises paying the tuition fee as soon as possible after admission and then immediately submitting the residence permit application (the Swedish Migration Agency is automatically informed of the fee payment).
