| About the university |
A strong drive to develop and adopt new ways of working has long been a hallmark of Tampere. This enterprising spirit has also led to the creation of Tampere Universities (TUNI), a higher education community that comprises Tampere University (TAU) and Tampere University of Applied Sciences (TAMK) and breaks down the traditional boundaries between disciplines.
While each institution operates independently, we work in close collaboration to combine the strengths of a university and a university of applied sciences.
We invite new students, colleagues, researchers and partners to discover the Tampere way of delivering higher education and advancing research! |
Requirements, fees and deadlines shown here are the ones our counsellors work from, but the
university can change them at any intake. We confirm the live figures with the institution
before an application is filed, so treat this page as the starting point rather than the
final word.
